Within the framework of the program «Explore, develop and win» a seminar-discussion has been recently organized at National Polytechnic University of Armenia where the 5th year student of the specialty of «Finance and Management» Ani Araqelyan has participated from Artsakh, Shushi University of Technology.
«The courses, seminar-discussions were headed by the trainers who had had many years of experience in the filed of trainings and active participation in international youth programs and the experts who have significant role in the youth sphere of Armenia. As a result there were new acquaintances and certainly new perspectives of cooperation»,-Ani Araqelyan has pointed out.
Debates, discussions and lectures concerning the issues of the employment and the emigration of the youth and the policy towards them, the proper introduction to the employer and other issues have been held during the seminar. The participants have got introduced to the skills of student activeness, leadership and communication and have taken part in intellectual games.
Ani Araqelyan also has participated in «Management anatomy. Great conference 3 in 1» conference in Yerevan where the faces of Armenian business world have shared the history of their success and advised the young how to behave in the sphere.

«Բացահայտիր, զարգացիր, հաղթիր» ծրագրի շրջանակում Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանում օրերս տեղի է ունեցել սեմինար-քննարկում, որին Արցախից մասնակցել է Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի «Ֆինանսներ և կառավարում» մասնագիտության 5-րդ կուրսի ուսանող Անի Առաքելյանը:
«Դասընթացները, սեմինար-քննարկումները ղեկավարել են բազմաթիվ թրեյնինգների անցկացման փորձ և միջազգային երիտասարդական ծրագրերին ակտիվ մասնակցող թրեյներներ, ՀՀ երիտասարդական ոլորտում կարևոր դերակատարություն ունեցող փորձագետներ: Արդյունքում եղան նոր ծանոթություններ, ծնվեցին նոր գաղափարներ և, իհարկե, համագործակցության նոր հեռանկարներ»,-նշել է Ա. Առաքելյանը:
Համաժողովում կայացել են երիտասարդների զբաղվածության խնդիրներին առնչվող քննարկումներ, բանավեճեր, երիտասարդների արտագաղթի և այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացվող քաղաքականության, գործատուին ճիշտ ներկայանալու վերաբերյալ դասախոսություններ: Մասնակիցները ծանոթացել են ուսանողական ակտիվության, լիդերության, հաղորդակցության հմտություններին, մասնակցել ինտերակտիվ խաղերի:
Անի Առաքելյանը Երևանում նաև մասնակցել է «Մենեջմենթի անատոմիա։ Մեծ կոնֆերանս 3-ը 1-ում» համաժողովին, որտեղ հայկական գործարար աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչները կիսվել են իրենց հաջողության պատմությամբ և խորհուրդներ տվել երիտասարդներին:
