The mission of the university
The mission of the university is to become a unique educational and scientific center in the Republic of Artsakh, which prepares qualified specialists with competitive and practical abilities in the fields of information and communication technologies, agriculture, water systems, architecture and construction, as well as in these fields, with a two-level educational system in accordance with the challenges of the labor market and international standards and provides professional advice and training to the public.
