The supreme body of management and control of the University is the Board of Trustees of the University, which is created for the period of 5 years and consist of 20 members.The Board of Trustees is formed from the teaching staff of the University, students, representatives of the founder (the Government of the Republic of Artsakh) and the authorized body of state administration.
