The 9th “Harvest Festival: rural life and traditions” was held in Dzoraghbyur, Kotayk region, RA where Shushi University of Technology also participated presenting its own products in its tavern on October 22-23.
The festival was organized by “Green Lane” NGO with the support of local and international organizations the main goal of which was to contribute to the development of rural communities.
Shushi University of Technology presented a variety of dried fruits, organic creams, essential oils, honey, herbal teas, beans and other homemade and ecologically clean products thus organizing the preparation of “jengyal hats” which is considered the visit card of Artsakh cuisine and a reception at the festival.
According to the organizers, the festival is a unique platform where farmers, producers, processors, buyers and potential investors can meet, exchange experience, find new markets and new cooperation edges. “Such events provide an opportunity to create new connections with responsible in various fields people. It should be noted that Shushi University of Technology also represents Artsakh and makes it known to the world,- deputy rector of student affairs Arevik Harutyunyan said in his speech.
The event was accompanied by live music, folk music and dance and ended with award ceremony. The university was recognized as the best and received letter of gratitude and expensive gift.
