On February 16, at Shushi University of Technology, at the initiative of the Department of External Relations, a seminar course entitled “Business etiquette” was held, which was conducted by a leading specialist in the field, co-founder of the NGO “Civic Hub” Lusine Hambartsumyan.
The trainer informed the audience about the technologies of image formation, the features of the business image and the technique of effective self-presentation. She also presented how to develop and improve those business and communication skills that are necessary for the management of the organization, in cooperation with clients and partners: “image formation skills are one of the most important factors of business success today. The way of developing the image of a person and his business is smoothed by the features of effective self-presentation and skills of difference from others,” L. Hambartsumyan noted.
The meeting was held in an interactive format: students actively asked questions to the speaker and got answers.
