The head of the State Language Inspection of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Artsakh, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Artak Ghulyan met with the teaching staff of Shushi University of Technology. He raised the importance of the language, discussed the problems it faces and the need to preserve the literary mother tongue clean.

Referring to the inappropriate use of dialect in educational institutions which is very difficult to get rid of, Artak Ghulyan noted: “Each of us, who deals with the young generation, bears a very big responsibility in instilling in them the idea of ​​the motherland through literary Armenian”.

The language inspectorate is most concerned about the problem of communicating in the mother tongue. “It is very important for us to realize that the Armenian language is one of the factors that preserves the identity of the Armenian people. An Armenian who finds it difficult to speak Armenian ceases to be Armenian, that is, Armenian and the Armenian language are not synonyms ”,-A.Ghulyan underlined.
