In the laboratory of hydraulic research of the Institute of Water Issues and Hydraulic Engineering after Academician I.V. Yeghiazarov, a new testing device for determining the coefficients of outflow under small pressures was developed and prepared. It is reported by jhhi.am.

The idea of ​​the testing device belongs to Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Albert Margaryan. It is intended for students of Armenian National University of Architecture and Construction and Shushi University of Technology majoring in the water sphere.

The testing device was built by engineer Artush Avagyan.
