On May 17, an open lesson on the discipline “Literature” dedicated to the great Armenian poets Yeghisha Charents, Mikael Nalbandyan, Paruyr Sevak and Vahan Teryan was organized for first-year students of the secondary vocational education system of SHUT. The lesson was conducted by the assistant of the Department of Languages Gayane Sargsyan.
At the beginning of the event, the participants honored the memory of all the soldiers who fell in the Artsakh wars with a minute of silence, after which the speaker presented the life and work of the writers.
The students presented interesting episodes from the life of writers, recited and recalled the words of the great Armenians about the poetry of Charents, Nalbandian, Sevak and Teryan. Then the audience watched the student production “The conversation of Charents and the investigator in prison”.
Head of the Department of Humanities Mher Harutyunyan thanked Assistant Gayane Sargsyan and students for the good organization of the open lesson․”I admire your ability to reveal the creative abilities of the student, to show his best qualities. I consider the event informative and educational, and I urge students to be active in all spheres,” M. Harutyunyan said.
