Stepanakert Territorial Development Agency “We are Our Mountains” hosted the third advanced training program for the leaders of the “Matena” International School for specialists from the public and private sectors of Artsakh. The program was also attended by representatives of Shushi University of Technology, who passed the preliminary registration and the stage of the written exam.
“The Professional Development Program for Leaders is primarily about strategic leadership based on trust. Trust in leaders and state institutions is a key issue. If there is this trust, any difficulties and challenges can be overcome,” said Ruben Vardanyan, founding partner of Matena International School.
During the two-day course, participants had the opportunity to listen to local and international experts, discuss issues of strategic leadership, the role of leaders in the modern world, trust and management.
“This is a very important achievement for us and the university, because we will use the acquired knowledge and skills in the educational process,” – said Lusine Aydinyan, head of the external relations department of Shushi University of Technology.
