The session of the Board of Trustees of Shushi University of Technology was held by the participation n of the President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan on July 1. The session was conducted by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Hovhannes Tokmajyan.
Rector and Vice Rector of the university Nver Miqayelyan and Rose Avagyan reported on the 8 issues of the agenda.
The Board of Trustees of “Shushi University of Technology” foundation agreed with the issues concerning changes in the structure of the university and in the regulation of defining rates of salary and staff of the employees, posts and additional fees.
The members of the Board were presented the report on the accreditation process of the university by the Department of Quality Assurance of the university according to which the university had presented its reviewed plan-schedule of eliminating the shortcomings noted in expert report to ANQA after institutional accreditation.
While discussing the report on the “Summary of the activities of pilot program for the 2021-2022 academic year”, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Hasmik Minasyan highly appreciated the program noting that it exceeded their expectations. Arayik Harutyunyan added that the pilot program was an equal opportunity for applicants who had studied in different schools and had the same opportunity at the university.
