Dear students, teachers, colleagues,
For all of us, the New Year is of particular importance, because we usually sum up the results of the year by the end of the year and celebrate the New Year with renewed vigor and energy. I must say that the New Year is a family holiday for many of us, but 2023 we are entering in a difficult situation when Azerbaijan blocked the only way of life connecting Artsakh with Armenia and the outside world under a false ecological veil. Therefore, the Republic of Artsakh, the security of our people and the speedy overcoming of the humanitarian crisis are in our thoughts.
On the occasion of the New Year and Christmas, first of all I would like to congratulate the families of the Armenians who died and went missing in the struggle for the freedom of Artsakh. May the light descend on the souls of the boys of the immortal regiment, and miraculously the survivors will reach their relatives as soon as possible.
The war of 2020 and the period that followed it showed that we have no right not to learn, not to become stronger and not to win.
I want 2023 to be a year of achievements and victories for Artsakh. May love and Union reign in every Armenian family. May the coming year be a year of stable peace, achievements, and may the cherished dreams of all of us come true.
