Today, on April 26, a group of students of “Agriculture”, “Agronomy” and “Agribusiness” specialties of the Faculty of Agriculture of Shush University of Technology visited vegetable and flower greenhouses operating in the region of Askeran.
The visit was accompanied by Aram Badalyan, the head of the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh within the framework of cooperation between ShTU and Ministry.
Nver Gabrielyan, the founder of the vegetable greenhouse farm, introduced the students to the methods and results of their cultivation, and in the flower smart greenhouse owned by Samvel Mayilyan, the students learned about the peculiarities of growing flowers, the range of grown flowers and the special process chain of growing roses.
